To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
At Valfre, we take great pride in the quality of our products and we are 100% devoted to offering a great customer experience! That's why if you don't like your item for any reason (didn't fit or is defective), simply fill out your details above and we'll send you a free return label and offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Returns/exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot issue a refund or exchange your merchandise.
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in 'as new' condition. If the return is not in 'as new' condition, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the goods back to you.
- We can only issue a refund once your return has been received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used when placing the order. We can also offer you store credit worth the amount of your item (let us know if you prefer a refund or store credit). Your credit code will not expire and you can use it anytime your heart desires!
- Due to inventory constraints, All Sales Are Final during any Sale Event
- If you receive the wrong item or have received an item that is defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours.
- If your order is returned to us by USPS/ UPS due to an "invalid address,” you will automatically be issues store credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please note that free return labels are for Domestic Customers Only and we are unable to offer free return labels for international customers. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are an international customer and have an issue with your order.
Are there any restocking fees?
- You will be charged a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned without it's original packaging or tags.
- Any returned orders over $300 will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee.
How soon will my return be processed?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
What items are returnable?
- Purchases made within the last 30 days
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in 'as new' condition
- In the original packaging and/or with original tags
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items purchased during any sale event
- Items purchased from the sale section
Are there any charges for returns?
- There is no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to the original method of payment.
